Colour Haven is a transformative initiative that uses a Montessori-style approach to help girls aged 12–16 improve their emotional well-being through creative expression. By engaging in structured yet flexible art and DIY modeling sessions, participants use hands-on, sensory activities to process their emotions, build confidence, and enhance their overall quality of life.
